Fused glass rainbow trout are featured in this realistic "dry aquarium".  The installation has a glass window on both sides so it can be viewed from a hallway or waiting room.  The fish are suspended amongst twisted glass cane "seaweed".  The color in the fish is achieved with brilliant dichroic glass, and the fins are made with screen printed vitreous enamels. Small glass frogs, crayfish and agates were placed on the "river bottom" (eye-level for small clinic visitors).  The studio specializes in many kinds of glass fish that can be displayed in "schools".  They can be suspended as shown, or mounted on aluminum standoffs.
